**Dental receptionist role**:
Due to company expansion a position has come up for an experienced dental receptionist to work at our practice in Ipswich.

**Summary of Job role**:
As Receptionist, you will provide reception services for patient to contribute to an overall exceptional experience. A Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our patients and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Achieve positive outcomes from patient queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for patients, including check in/out
- Ensure that both the Manager and staff are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from patients.
- Demonstrate a high level of patient service at all times
- Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of credit cards and cash in accordance with the practice credit policy
- Comply with security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with our reception equipment and property management systems
- Follow company brand standards
- Assist other departments, as necessary

**Essential requirements**:

- Previous experience in dentistry essential
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency

Salary negotiable based on experience
