A real understanding and compassion will enable these vulnerable groups to develop their interests and assist with everyday living including some personal care and health needs whilst actively encouraging independence.

Main duties will ensure their health and well-being are a priority and that they are support emotionally day-to-day which may involve, assisting with household chores, establishing in-house activities and providing general emotional support.
- A commitment to delivering high quality care
- Strong communication, interpersonal and IT skills
- An ability to work independently in the community and as part of a team
- A relevant qualification (SVQ3), this is not essential as training will be given, but must have a minimum of SVQ2.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
- You must have current SSSC registration and be educated up to SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare practices to join us as a Senior Care Worker.Experience of working with the elderly preferably in a care home setting and a good knowledge of dementia care.Experience of producing well-developed care plans.Experience of Medication Administration.Dedicated and compassionate, you’ll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to caring.Good Leadership skills required.Good Communication skills required.
