**About the role**
We are looking for a Support Worker to work within our Homeless Services based at Washington Court, Birmingham.
As a Support Worker you will be providing early and targeted support to aid the recovery and resilience of people with multiple vulnerabilities, working across our Emergency Beds services, to allow progression on to a provision to positively address the 'revolving door' nature of shorter term supported accommodation.
You will support a vulnerable adults customer group, with complex needs, to develop the knowledge and skills they need to better manage their lives, including accessing appropriate services, empowering them to build successful relationships within their community, improving health and well-being and increasing levels of independence as they move through a prevention pathway model.

**About the role**

**About Us**
