Job Title: Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens
Industry Sector: Contract Kitchens, Kitchens, Bathrooms, KBB, Tier 1 Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Regional Housebuilders, Housebuilders, Private Developers and Builders
Area to be covered: Central / Midlands
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg (depending on exp) + 25% bonus

Benefits: £500 car allowance OR Volvo V60 equivalent & full company benefits
The role of the Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens will involve:

- Business Development Manager position selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens
- All of your time will be focused on selling to national and regional housebuilders, developers and building contractors
- Focusing on schemes around 50-500+ plots upwards
- Targeted to turnover £500k turnover
- Work the prospects and projects to win profitable new sales growth from accurate design specifications, quotations, orders confirmations, agree contractual terms and hand over
- Work closely with the Installations Manager to ensure project sign off and final account payments
- Will be giving barbour ABI lead generation systems
- Attending trade show where needed
- Reporting to Sales Director

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens with:

- Must have sold kitchens
- Must have sold to housebuilders / developers
- Must be passionate, driven and hungry about your career
- Ideally sold contract kitchens
- Ideally have contacts with housebuilders, developers and main contractors
- Must be able to communicate at all levels
- Charismatic, very personable, professional and confident
- IT literate
- Well presented
