We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The role is permanent. Although your hours will vary from 36 hours in the summer and 21 hours in winter, your pay will be annualised so you receive consistent pay. More information will be provided at interview.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career with English Heritage. There are opportunities to learn other aspects of the site management at Gainsborough Old Hall and work at other sites in the area.
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will deliver an inspirational visitor experience through high standards of presentation and customer service.
You will support the recruitment, induction and training of food and beverage staff to deliver agreed service standards and drive sales performance. Working with the Site Manager you will help develop the event programme.
**To be considered as a Food & Beverage Supervisor you'll need**:
A flexible attitude and a desire to learn.
You will cover for the Site Manager's days off and annual leave and provide out of hours cover on a rota basis.
To support the day-to-day delivery of targets and the management of expenditure budgets, including timely submission of timesheets.
To follow all English Heritage financial procedures.
Support the monitoring of efficient and accurate stock and sales
transactions and reconciliation through EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale).
