**About the role**

Join our friendly Cornwall Housing Team as a Business Support Officer This in an exciting opportunity to support the business across a range of functions and administrative tasks. Our business support function focuses on performance reporting, governance support, and support to the executive team. As one of our officers, you will specialise in one of these areas, but you will also have opportunities to provide contingency cover across all three areas in order to retain agility within the team, so this is a great opportunity to gain exposure of various areas of business support

**About you**

We are looking for you to bring:

- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications or experience
- A good working knowledge of housing disrepair claims, law practice and procedure
- Good working knowledge of the CPR and Defective Premises Act, Landlord and Tenant Act and Housing Act 2004
- The ability to maintain professional conduct at all times
- Proven experience of business support and operating flexibly in a customer service environment. Previous experience in an Executive Support role is desirable

**Salary**:£20,970 - £24,680

**Working Hours**:37, Monday - Friday (with flexi-time)

**Contract Type**:Permanent

**Base**:Hybrid working, with an office based in Bodmin (we offer some flexibility on location)
