**SEN Learning Support Assistant**

**£70.00 - £75.00 day rate**

**Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm | Term-time only**

**Masterclass Education are currently working with a mainstream secondary school in the Crawley area who are looking for SEN Learning Support Assistants to join their team.**

Many mainstream schools have seen an increase of students with additional needs, such as Autism, Speech & Language Difficulties, and Behavioural Needs, and have created Special Educational Needs & Disabilities units within them to provide support to these students.

Successful applicants will join a 'Good' rated SEN primary school on the outskirts of Shoreham, which is accessible by bus with a car park onsite for drivers, on a full-time basis providing one-to-one support to students, aged 5 - 11, in the classroom and when moving around the school.

The school are looking for individuals with experience supporting children and/or young people who have additional needs, or experience in a similar setting, such as:

- Residential Support Workers
- Camp America/Residential trips
- NCS programme
- Sports Coaching
- Activities Instructor

**Must have**:

- A DBS on the Update Service - or willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding children and young people

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £70.00-£75.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
