At Masterclass, we have been tasked in recruiting for a SEN teaching assistant for a wonderful SEN college based at 2 sites, 1 in the Worthing and 1 in Shoreham. They provide a happy and safe environment where their students can thrive in their education. They provide outstanding further education to their students as well as encourage their personal development and interests, giving them the opportunity to succeed as well as remain independent. The college also has an allotment where they are able to teach the students sustainable living and learning how to grow their own produce.

**Job role**:

- **To support the children’s development across all areas of their development**:

- **Support and encourage positive behaviour management**:

- **Work with groups of children or individuals (1-1) to support the class teacher in specific lessons.**:

- **Ensure a safe and secure environment enabling children to feel relaxed and happy**:

- **To establish positive relationships with the children and staff within the school**:

- **To be committed to inclusive practice and making sure every child has the chance to be the best they can be**

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short and long term contracts.
