Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Admin, you will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and one who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritising and managing all aspects of the current Salesforce project. You will work closely with stakeholders to create and deliver a CRM solution to improve and enhance business processes. The design will be highly technical and promote config over code wherever possible to find the optimal solution, balancing timeframes with complexity. **What you'll do as a Sales Force Admin**: - You will serve as primary System Administrator for the Salesforce environment. - You will be responsible for all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports user management, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards. - You will develop strong relationships with the team and our stakeholders working with them to optimise and enhance our use of Salesforce. - You will handle all data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. **What makes a great Sales Force admin?** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience of interacting and corresponding with a wide range of people, including senior management and end users. - A proactive attitude to platform enhancements using declarative solutions. **Your experience** - 2-4 years’ experience administering Salesforce and innovating or scaling in a similar environment; specifically, experience in tools administration. - You will have experience working as a part of a business development, sales/revenue operations or sales team. - You will be a team player with a high level of integrity, and a positive "can-do" attitude, and an eagerness to learn. **Qualifications and other requirements** - Salesforce administrator certificate is desirable. - Highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to connect with people from a non-technical background. - Industry Experience: Information Technology, Utilities and/or Service provision; preferred **In return for your hard work, you’ll get** - 25 days holiday with the option to buy and sell more - Discounts at 100s of high street and online stores - Free Life Assurance, Cycle to work and travel loans for people wanting a greener commute - Wellbeing support including 24/7 access to a GP, mental health support, get fit programmes and free legal and financial guidance **The important extras** - Amazing on-site facilities, such as free on-site gym, free parking, subsidised café and to top it off an on-site subsided bar for after-work drinks, quiz nights and social events - Hybrid working - option to work two days from home if you choose - Access to our award-winning training and development programmes - Opportunities to get involved in charity fundraising and volunteering days through our giving back movement Our newly refurbished HQ is based in the heart of Sale Moor Village next to Sale Water Park.
