**The Role
Do you possess previous experience in a customer service role? Do you have great administration skills and the ability to multi-task and problem solve in an effort to hit challenging deadlines? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Dr Grange and Associates (DGA) provide psychological reports for criminal and family law and are looking to appoint a Case Handler to join our rapidly growing team. The successful applicant will have great customer and administration skills and will playa core role in the functioning of the company. Plenty of support and training will be provided where needed. The Case Handler duties include a range of activities such as liaising with psychologists and solicitors, logging enquiries and cases, invoicing clientsand credit control using our bespoke database system.

The role will particularly suit a graduate with interest in playing a role in growing a new company or an individual with great customer service skills looking to move into the corporate sector.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Case Handler include, but are not limited to:

- Customer service/case handling work closely with psychologists and solicitors
- Dealing efficiently with general admin tasks and updating information via the database e.g. invoicing solicitors, sending remittance advice to experts, chasing overdue payments, and so on.
- Proof reading reports for spelling and formatting
- Handling and sending confidential documents including Court papers and final reports
- Preparing for and taking part in training days for the experts
- Any other reasonable tasks as agreed with your line manager

**The Company
Dr Tom Grange wrote his first independent expert report in 2009. Since, he has completed hundreds of assessments and gradually took on other like-minded psychologists to also complete reports in family and criminal law. The business has continued to growand now has a range of psychologists nationwide available to lawyers, local authorities and families.

The key skills and qualities of a Case Handler:

- Great written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good standard of IT knowledge i.e., Microsoft packages, Gmail, Mac
- Confident interpersonal skills and able to build rapport and development professional client relationships
- Confident working independently and using own judgement as well being part of a wider team
- Resilient and capable of juggling priorities, working under pressure to meet strict deadlines
