We are excited to be recruiting for a Hotel Porter to assist in all departments as and where is required. Some of your main responsibilities will be assisting our guests with luggage, answer queries about hotel activties and offering guidance and recommendations.

You will strive to always deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards, ensuring the hotel environment is always maintained and cleaned to a high standard throughout the day and carry out any additional duties required by the General Manager.

A full UK driving licence is preferred. Full training will be provided but previous experience in a similar role would be ideal. As our Hotel Porter you should possess the ability to work under pressure and multi-task, whilist maintaining a professional and proactive approach to guest service with excellent attention to detail.
