Spiritfilled are an established and award-winning whisky cask broker and independent bottler. Due to the success and growth of the company over the last few years, we are looking to expand the operations and administration arm of the business.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with meticulous attention to detail.

The job role will include:
Liaising with the sales team throughout the deal process
Cask allocation
Sending out purchase agreements
Issuing invoices
Issuing certificates
Creating receipts
Creating letters for certificates
Collecting certificates and print work
Posting hard copy certificates and letters
Data input i.e. updating the CRM system with client details
Updating stocklist

Skills/Experience Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Excellent time management
IT literate
Able to work on own initiative and with little supervision
Experience of CRM systems
Positive can-do attitude

PLEASE NOTE - Initial training to be held in Chatham, Kent. This will last approx. 2 weeks.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
