What comes next is where you come in As our New Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the Business Development and Customer Experience teams to assist with coordinating meetings and updating notes into our CRM system. Keeping the CRM up to date will be critical for this role. In addition, you will own the research of up-and-coming events and conferences to confirm delegates attending and arrange sales meetings as needed. You need to be able to anticipate potential issues and communicate and handle accordingly. - Strong passion for best practice in everything you do. - Be trustworthy and demonstrate ownership and integrity. **Areas of responsibility** - Working within the Customer Experience Team to provide assistance primarily to our Business Development Advisors managing the coordination of sales calls, updating CRM and general sales support. - Carry out research on up-and-coming exhibitions and conferences and arrange meetings as needed - Research market trends and areas for business development. - Provide smooth communications as needed between the Customer Experience and other teams at Pushologies. - Manage and build on relationships with key third party contacts. - Working to continually develop and optimise the sales process for Pushologies. **Specific skills** - Highly proficient in MS office - Experienced with using CRM - Professional with excellent inter-personal skills - Highly organised and able to multi-task - Excellent English spelling and grammar with an eye for detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **What it's like to work with us** You'll be working in a cutting-edge technology environment that is agile, flexible and fast-paced.
