A rapidly growing Logistics and Supply Chain company looking for an Billings Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Hayes

This business is looking for a motivated Billings Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate invoicing of Sea Freight as well as approving supplier invoices and dealing with customer queries and disputes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making sure invoices are done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Working very closely with the Sea Perishable team to estimate the charges to bill the customer
- Answering customer queries and explaining all the cost associated with the shipment
- Responsible to close the month on 10th of every month and ensure all relevant shipments have been invoiced
- Approving supplier invoices and liaising with accounts for weekly payments
- Disputing and resolving wrong invoices issued by suppliers and hauliers
- Ensure that any losses, low margins are explained in the notes
