We are looking for an experienced account manager to support our customers achieve their learning and development activities.

The responsibilities of the customer account manager include acting as a point of contact and engaging with prospective or existing clients to deliver a first-class experience throughout the customer journey. To be considered for the position, you must demonstrateexcellent interpersonal skills, a desire to deliver long term customer value, strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of CRM software, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

The role comprises five related objectives:

- Establish relationships with existing customers and prospects to understand their purchasing plans over the next 12 months.
- Identify and manage immediate sales opportunities through each buying cycle stage to completion.
- Profile accounts to gather information about the organisational structure and identify other relevant decision-makers.
- Determine what privacy management challenges target decision-makers face, establish the size of privacy teams, including their experience and any qualifications they hold. Identify what privacy management software systems are in use or on the horizon.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute a strategy**.**:

- Have a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Be able to demonstrate first-class customer account management.
- Experience in nurturing customers within an account base to ensure a continued pipeline of opportunities.
- Be able to maximise each customer's potential spend through relationship building and data analysis.
- Capable of handling objections and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Excellent CRM management skills - including accurate record-keeping & daily updates on the company's CRM (preferably Salesforce).
- Be able to plan effectively and prepare for every sales call, online meeting and presentation.
- Have experience working within privacy management or broader governance, risk and compliance. Experience working in related IT, legal and insurance industry sectors will also be considered.

Demonstrate an ability to develop commercial awareness of the privacy management professional development industry sector, including the inner workings of our targeted vertical channels
