**Senior IT Recruiter / Resourcing Consultant**: We have a new and exciting opportunity for an IT Senior Resourcing Consultant to join our client's large in-house Resourcing team on a full time permanent basis.
You’ll be part of a fast-moving, adaptable team that supports high-volume and niche vacancies across their UK-wide business.
With all the tools you need to promote employer brand and engage with the best IT talent, you and your team will supply key hires to their growing and evolving IT Division.
The types of roles you can expect to source cover a broad range of IT skillsets, from across Architecture and Development, to Cyber Security, Vendor Management and IT Infrastructure.
As an experienced IT Resourcing professional, you’ll provide leadership, development and specialist advice to your dedicated team of recruiters. You’ll also take a lead role in continuous improvement projects within the Resourcing team to evolve our service and proposition to ensure we remain an employer of choice.
This role is based in Warwickshire - however they understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, they offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.
**About you**
- You have proven people management skills and can successfully lead, develop and mentor a team to perform at their best and deliver together. You also have experience of creating attraction and recruitment campaigns, and working collaboratively with a wider team and external suppliers to successfully deliver them.
- The resilience and capacity to deliver and uphold standards under pressure, whilst driving team performance against KPIs.
- Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence a change of direction or a new approach at all levels.
- In-depth experience and knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, industry benchmarks and market leading attraction strategies, including search and market mapping.
- A thorough understanding of recruitment and selection legislation and the ability to guide and advise both the team and stakeholders accordingly.
- Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment and using best practice in line with company recruitment and selection policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of audiences.
