**Salary 80,000 AED, DUBAI**

**Our client is offering a salary of up to 80,000 AED per month plus benefits.**

**The Role**:

- Legal Counsel: responsible for advising the organisation and its affiliates/joint ventures in contractual, legal and compliance matters and supporting the business to drive the delivery of its products, services and new initiatives whilst identifying andmitigating risk and adhering to proper corporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Provider of key legal expertise, based on a deep understanding of technology, commercial, corporate, joint venture and intellectual property matters, based on relevant and extensive experience.
- Provider of strategic legal, contractual and compliance advice to the business on key projects, including new technology products and services, the development of new technology platforms, and entering into new joint ventures and public-private-partnerships,in each case considering the businesses’ key objectives as well as timeframes for project delivery; calibrating advice accordingly.
- Advise across all group functions and individual counsel will have special responsibility for digital businesses/product streams/public-private partnerships or joint ventures/SPVs, depending on their specific assigned remit, under the overall oversightof the General Counsel.
- Support the corporate governance program by assisting the General Counsel in managing the Delegation of Authority and in board and shareholder processes and internal and group-wide management engagement as required.
- Lead the efficient risk-managed resolution of third-party disputes under the directions of the General Counsel.
- Managing engagements with external counsel in compliance with group legal procurement practices and under the directions of the General Counsel.

**You Will**:

- Have excellent academics, achieving a minimum 2:1 at Undergraduate level.
- PQE: 5 years minimum at magic or circle silver, white shoe or equivalent.
- Technology experience covering start-ups, JV's PPP's.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of delivering on major projects.
- Demonstrate a strong client orientated approach, exceptional team skills and a can-do attitude.
- Have solid presentation and client handling skills and be commercially astute (take an active part in business development for the firm).
- Be ready to hit the ground running as part of a busy team and create results from day one.
