Our client, a highly-regarded international law firm, are looking for a Corporate paralegal to join their team based in the Dubai office. This role also has an element of Company Secretarial work. Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Senior Counsel,our client is looking for a team player with extensive experience in the UAE with exemplary drafting skills and some company secretarial experience. To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent academics (including a law degree from a top university),and you must have gained significant and relevant experience from a well-known corporate practice in the region. Applicants must have some Company Secretarial experience, especially dealing with local company set-ups and Annual filing. Although Arabic is notessential for this position (it is however, advantageous), applicants must have highly fluent English linguistic skills. Applicants currently residing in Dubai will hold a distinct advantage, however, candidates from outside the UAE may be considered, providedthey have gained relevant experience in the UAE and looking to return to the region.
