In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

- Designing articles and content
- Using bespoke software to schedule - a social pilot
- Analysing and reporting on competitors and the industry in general
- Supporting a range of different campaigns

Content writing for social media posts

EnGAGEMENT ON DIFFERENT SOCIAL PLATFORMS

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

- £13,000 - £15,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Potential to finish at 3 pm on a Friday
- 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
- 45-minute paid lunch break
- Free onsite parking

- Social events both at night and day
- Bonus scheme
- Full time role upon competition on the apprenticeship

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work well within a team and independently
- Motivated attitude towards work
- Passion for digital marketing and upcoming technologies
- Grade 4/Level 4 or equivalent in Maths and English
