**Job description**:
We're searching for a full-time **SEND Teaching Assistant **in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire who have worked with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs, or in care settings.

As an **SEND Teaching Assistant**, you will possess the following:

- At least one year of SEND support experience in a school, childcare or care setting;
- Being a talented, dedicated and highly motivated educator;
- Support children with emotional and behavioral difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum;
- Demonstrate high levels of care, concern and ambition for our children;
- Have relevant skills and experience to serve a diverse student community including learners with ASC and SEMH.
- Support SEND students and delivering activities on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Experience in assessing, evaluating, and reporting on pupil progress Applicants are required to have the following:

- Energetic and patient with strong classroom management skills

**Requirements**:

- ** Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday**:

- Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK
- Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
- Either live in Bourne End or within a commutable distance
