**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Team Leader, LRG are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. As a Customer advisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments along with providing information and cross-selling our additional services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting previous and current clients to discuss the opportunities LRG can offer
- Showcasing excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products / services and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Work towards achieving KPI’s set by the Managers

- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to educate our customers on a range of services LRG offer
- Grade C at GCSE level in English Language or equivalent
- Highly motivated and career orientated.
