**About The Role**:

- You will develop and maintain appropriate systems and processes to record evidence. You'll also gather documentary evidence and record information in line with EKFB document management systems and other project tools. We would need you to prepare reports for management to communicate progress and escalate any issues.- The role requires you to work collaboratively with other functions and colleagues in order to meet our technical requirements. You will also use various project tools such as document management systems, SharePoint and GIS.**About You**:

- Experience in a Technica Coordination role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Administration background
- Strong organisation and facilitation skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- IT skills - Office, SharePoint, Document Management systems, GIS platforms
- Previous experience in a compliance or governance role

All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
- EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood. Our scope of the works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
