**What will you be doing?**
Responsible for a geographical area, the role will lead the engagement between local operations, system planners, project definition, and the project delivery team within capital delivery.
To facilitate the successful and seamless delivery of assets from need validation, design, and implementation through to operational takeover and post-takeover support where needed, safeguarding any site, process, regulatory and statutory requirements whilemaximising benefits to Thames Water.Compliance and assurance to the engagement process that is built into our stage gate processes, to ensure that the operations team and other key stakeholder groups have been consulted and informed through each stage gate.
**We’re looking for you to**:

- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate, SMSTS or IOSH.
- Ability to chair meetings and the gravitas to develop solutions that may not initially be universally popular
- Strong problem solver
- Full driving licence
- Microsoft IT packages including outlook and teams
- Extensive operational understanding and experience within the expertise in 1 of the 4 quadrants above/below ground /water /waste
- Strong communication skills and evidence of stakeholder management
- Understanding of the operational team pressures with the ability to identify and breakdown systems and processes, operational and technological difficulties to assist in the development of solutions
- Ability to break down systems and processes, operational and technological difficulties to assist in the development of solutions.
