**Overview**

The Payroll Department at Bond International are looking to recruit a new Payroll Administrator to help support with the day to day running of the payroll. The payroll department are responsible for paying 600+ weekly and monthly employees.
- Monitoring the Payroll inbox and dealing with any payroll queries and escalating any payroll issues to the Payroll Manager and/or Senior Payroll Administrator.
- Processing weekly payroll
- Processing monthly payroll
- Aliasing with the depots to ensure accurate processing of the payroll.
- Investigating and resolving payroll queries.
- Producing P45/P60
- Dealing with starters and leavers in a payroll capacity including setting up new starters on the payroll software and calculating leavers holidays entitlements.
- Running payroll related reports.
- Processing holidays, SSP, SMP, SPP etc.
- Updating the weekly and monthly spreadsheets.
- Implementing payroll changes such as pay increases, bonuses and KPI payments.
- Deal with HMRC notifications (changes in tax codes)
- Aliasing with HMRC.
- Undertake reconciliations of the payroll.
- Verifying employees working hours for each of the Depots.
- Complies with GDPR rules and regulations.

**Person Specification**
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Numerate, analytical and articulate.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Payroll experience would be desirable but full training will be provided.

**Working hours**:

- Monday-Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- Daily 30-minute break

**Salary**:

- £23,000

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
