Payroll / Administration Specialist
6-month contract - Immediate start
Fulltime / part time hours available - based on site in Dunstable
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 - dependent on experience.
Our client is an established business and global organisation. We are looking for a Payroll Administration Specialist to support the implementation and administration of various agreed HR programs and / or activities within payroll and HR.
**Responsibilities:
- System management (Workday and SDworx) to ensure they are being used effectively
- Look at processes to gain efficiency in the department
- Look at payroll Journals/reports/HR reports and make them streamline/ easy to run
- Run the payroll finance reports
- Support with Payroll audit
- Play an active role in renewing company benefits - from renewal to implementation
- Support payroll when busy
- Administration for the team
**Skills / Experience
- C&B / benefit management experience
- Advance Excel
- Payroll and Payroll systems experience
- Can do attitude
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Project management experience
