Job Title - Recycling Operative

Location - Various sites in Leicestershire

Contract - On going

Days Required - Thursday to Monday (flexibility required)

More Recruitment are actively looking to recruit a Recycling operative for a contact based in Various sites in Leicestershire.

We have the below sites available:

- Kibworth Harcourt
- Market Harborough
- Bardon
- Whetstone
- Loughborough
- Barwell
- Mountsorrel
- Oadby

Duties for the Recycling Operative will be
- Ensure that services are delivered for the benefit of the people of Leicester
- Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues within the team across the service
- Assist and advise with the recycling and disposal of waste materials, offering to show or help customers
- Ensure waste streams are not mixed, and are separated correctly
- Maintain and ensure clean loads of recyclates before sending to disposal point and that loads that leave the site are not contaminated.
- Maintain services in accordance with he Health and safety, Quality and environmental management systems and follow health and safety procedures and safe systems of work

Required Hours/Days

Days - 5 days over 7 (flexibility required)

Hours - 10 hours per day

Start time - 09:00am

Salary - £11.39per hour

The successful Recycling Operative will be required to have the following;
- Working in the waste industry or a similar manual working environment
- Working with customers face to face
- Team working
- Working in an environment where Health and Safety is a key concern

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: £11.39 per hour
