Overview:
This job is split into two very distinct jobs:
The Office Administrator role is to ensure we have a robust call and recall system for patients who have underlying health conditions. The Prescriptions Administrator is there to ensure that the process for processing repeat prescriptions runs efficiently and effectively. You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
**Responsibilities**:
- To produce and maintain a recall schedule for Patients on the various disease registers using the EMIS clinical system
- To ensure we are hitting all our targets in relation to the Quality and Outcomes Framework.
- To produce and maintain a follow-up schedule for patients on the various disease registers.
- Perform any administrative duties which may facilitate the smooth running of the Practice.
- Keep a diary of patients who need recalls for blood tests more than a month ahead i.e. a GP has seen a result and suggested a repeat in 6 months time utilizing the EMIS clinical system.
- Devise a call and recall system Cheshire West & Chester Council initiative NHS Health Checks
- Be the link person for organising the GSF meetings, organise the attendees, take any minutes, type any minutes and ensure all patients on the register are coded correctly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,285.60 per year
