An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Division of Unplanned Care for enthusiastic and motivated therapists and nurses to join the Kingston and Richmond Virtual Ward which is a highly innovative service recently launched across Kingston Hospital NHSFT for our Kingston and Richmond patients.

The Virtual Ward will provide specialist led care for Cardiorespiratory and Frailty patients in their own homes using an advanced personal remote monitoring platform, enabling them to safely leave hospital sooner or not come into hospital at all, but to still receive excellent Consultant led monitoring and treatment in the comfort of their own home. This important post will work alongside and be part of an extremely dynamic and
supportive team of Consultant Physicians and AHPs, Physiotherapists and Nurses in Respiratory Medicine and Heart Failure.
