**What you will be doing**
Are you a highly experienced Senior Registered Staff nurse RNLD or RMN looking to propel your career to the next level?
If so, join our team at Hillview Hospital which has recently been acquired by Elysium Healthcare and is on a transformational journey to make it an area-leading service.
No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

**Things that you will have**:
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration with several years’ post qualification
experience
- Maintain high profile leadership in all areas inclusive of clinical governance as they impact on the nursing department and the running of the service
- Strong clinical nursing skills
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
Working shifts 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with expected flexibility to meet the needs of the service) and on-call duties

Hillview Hospital has recently been acquired by Elysium Healthcare and has started a transformational journey which includes a full renovation, change of service and Service User population and aligned culture, environment and high standards.
Join us on this journey to help shape a positive future for Hillview, which provides a rehabilitation service for men and women with complex conditions who require specialist care to help them move through the care pathway and live more independent livesin the community.
The Acute service for adult men and women accepts emergency admissions for people who are in crisis and who cannot be safely cared for in the community.
