**You will**:
**Main responsibilities**
- Problem-Solving: We work closely with our couriers and other business teams to resolve delivery issues and always find innovative solutions with a smile.
- Goals: Help us maintain a customer satisfaction score of 95% and a Trustpilot score of 4.8 - because we aim to stay the UK’s no.1 recipe box doing this by hitting personal and team goals
**Working Hours**
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch-break)
Two days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday - we believe in building in-person connections. These are the days we have our weekly all-hands meeting, and most of your colleagues are in), and three days optional working from home.

**The process**:
We want to be completely upfront and honest. There will be a two-stage interview process so you know we're the right fit for you, and we know you're the right fit for us. You’ll also have the chance to speak to one of your potential colleagues to really get a feel for the team culture
