As a graduate accountant at PJCO, you will receive training provided by an Award winning ACCA Gold Approved training provider, with a high quality training programme and supportive working environment.

Our scheme, in comparison to some other firms, pushes our trainees to become fully qualified ACCA accountants, and small business advisors, within three years. With this progression you will see yourself running a portfolio of small business clients, whereyou will be the client’s main point of contact. Over the three years we will offer you training to gain all of the tools you need to answer questions and advise these clients on their business journey.

Upon completion of the contract, our newly qualified accountants can see themselves going on to become further qualified with CTA, growing their portfolio and small business toolkit, and development within the management of the firm.

In order to get you to these opportunities, we offer a comprehensive study package to work in conjunction with your workplace training. Our tried and tested method has found that the following is everything you need to succeed;
- Five days paid study leave per exam
- Paid training courses with Kaplan (an ACCA approved training provider)
- Various different materials to suit your learning styles
- Guaranteed pay rises based on exam results
- A number of trainees in the office working together towards the same exams and the same goals
