**Overview**
This post is to cover Sundays but can give another day day if needed to make up hours.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- **Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.**
- Upsell products and services to clients, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists or trainees by sharing knowledge and best practices within the salon environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, barbering**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and retail product knowledge.
- Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential.
- **A valid hairdressing qualification or certification is required.**
