As a Hairdresser at our salon, your key responsibilities will include:
**Hair Styling Excellence**: Provide exceptional hairdressing services to our clients, encompassing cutting, coloring, styling, and other required treatments.

**Client Relations**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their individual needs and recommending suitable services and products.

**Salon Operations**: Ensure the salon remains clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety standards.

**Industry Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques within the hairdressing industry.

**Team Collaboration**: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative work environment.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Prioritize excellent customer service, ensuring clients leave the salon satisfied with their experience.

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent: Possess an NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing or a qualification of similar stature.
- Proven Styling Experience: Demonstrate a strong track record as a Hair Stylist, supported by a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work.
- Hairdressing Proficiency: Exhibit a deep understanding of hairdressing techniques and a comprehensive knowledge of hair care products.
- Communication Skills: Excel in communication and customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced salon environment, maintaining impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passion for Beauty: Showcase a genuine passion for the beauty industry, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Compensation**:
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer the following bonuses:

- Sign-In Bonus: GBP 1,000.00 upon joining our team.
- Loyalty Bonus: GBP 1,000.00 after six months of dedicated service.

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
