Responsibilities of a Smarter Energy Specialist:
- Booking and rescheduling customers appointments to have their smart meters fitted
- Thinking on the spot and solving issues that may arise
- Explaining the benefits of the smart meters
- Working alongside the engineers to keep the installation of meters on schedule
- General inbound and outbound telephonically with Customers
Skills required as a Smart Energy Operations Specialist:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer care, either face-to-face or over the telephone
- Strong self-motivation with a drive for personal improvement
- Customer Service required but not essential
- Ability to show high levels of professionalism
- Ability to handle objections in a competent and calm manner
- Confident working within a busy and demanding environment
