I am a disabled female aged 60, living with Motor Neurone Disease. I continue to work part-time, walk, talk, drive and live as active a life as possible. I live in Keynsham with my daughter and her partner. I need help with getting ready for the day most weekday mornings, including help with hair, getting dressed and make up. I'd also like help with grocery shopping and some food preparation and assistance to access the community.

I enjoy car boot sales, browsing in second-hand shops/antique fayres and going to the theatre and cinema. I believe in keeping myself as healthy as possible through nutrition, acupuncture and chiropractor treatments. I am actively involved in attending MND support groups and campaigning for disability rights.

**Pay**: £10.50 per hour weekdays and £11.03 per hour weekends (if employed by me).** **Self Employed possible-pay negotiable.

**Hours**: Guide only as they are flexible:
Monday & Tuesday: 1 hour per day - 8am to 9am

Wednesday: 2 hrs - 8am to 10am

Thursday & Friday: 3 hours per day - 10am to 1pm (flexible)

Saturday and/or Sunday alternate: 2/3 hrs (flexible)

**Main Duties**:
Supporting my health and wellbeing, some personal care (washing hair, dressing), support with appointments and attending work and community activities. Please note that my needs will increase.

**Personal Qualities**:
Person should be flexible, reliable, person-centred, and proactive in their approach to caring. Understand the importance of empowering an individual and have strong communication skills.** **A full EU/UK driving licence is essential and confidence to drive an automatic car would be great.
