**The Role**:To provide support in the home environment for a man living with Multiple Sclerosis. This is a temporary job role lasting 6-12 months only.

**Main duties**
- To understand and respond to health and care needs.
- All aspects of Personal Care toileting, dressing, washing etc.
- Support to maintain a hygienic home (including laundry and cleaning and tidying up etc).
- To prepare and cook meals
- Assistance with paperwork and administration tasks
- To accompany and participate in days out, activities and appointments
- To support getting into and out of the car
- To support with general transfers, and driving to relevant appointments

- Experience of Multiple Sclerosis care preferred.
- Driving Licence Essential and use of own vehicle required with business insurance

Hours Available: 40 hours per week, to be worked Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends.

Pay: £11.50 - £13.20 per hour depending on shift

Holidays: 5.6 weeks per year (pro rata) including Bank holidays.

Subject to DBS check and references

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.20 per hour
