Can you provide good customer service to applicants and managers?

If so, you might be interested in becoming a Recruitment Officer in our Recruitment Team. We work with hiring managers across Brighton and Hove City Council and process more than 500 internal and external hires per year for a diverse variety of roles across the Council from Apprentices to Director level. Our aim is to help support hiring managers recruit the right people for the right job efficiently and safely.

**This role is fixed term for **six months to cover an internal secondment

**Interview date**: W/C 28 Feb

**About the role**:
You will be in charge of your own workload but you will be working alongside other experienced and friendly recruitment officers in a supportive environment. No previous experience working within recruitment is required but you will need to be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds, have excellent attention to detail and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional information**:
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
