My client is looking for an experienced **Property Manager** to join their property management team.

As a **Property Manager** you will be tasked with managing a large portfolio of residential lettings properties; delivering a fast, effective and professional service to Landlords. You need to be conscientious, hard-working and driven to produceresults. In return you will receive support and encouragement to progress to a senior level within the company.

- Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
- UK Driver’s Licence and own car

**Key responsibilities and activities will include**:

- Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor
- Liaising with lettings negotiators
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
- Arranging property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
- Service of notices, S21 and S8

**Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. 1 in 3 saturdays with a day off in lieu.**
