Safeguard Call Handling Services Ltd is a leading provider of professional call handling services. We are committed to delivering exceptional support and customer service to our clients. We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Co-ordinator to join our team, providing essential support to our call handling team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

As a Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the call handling team in managing client communications and maintaining an efficient workflow. Strong phone etiquette and organizational skills are essential in helping us deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support to the call handling team to ensure high-quality client interactions.
- Coordinate schedules, rotas, and activities to maintain efficient team operations.
- Answer and direct phone calls with a courteous and professional approach.
- Maintain effective communication channels with clients and team members.
- Oversee the organization and processing of daily tasks and documentation.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating records, reports, and files.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work a 3 week shift pattern which does include weekends.

Shift rota to cover operational hours of 0600-2200 weekdays and 0800-2200 weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,792.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- office administration: 2 years (required)
