We are looking for a **dedicated and patient-focused Treatment Co-ordinator** to join our friendly team in our busy 4-surgery dental practice at **Bupa Dental Care Chester**.
Join **Practice Manager Steph Leach** and her team in a role where you’ll combine treatment co-ordination with dental nurse duties, ensuring every patient receives the very best care.

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a dental nursing qualification (with GDC registration).
- Has experience handling complex treatment plans and enhancing patient experience.
- Is confident using Excel to manage and report on patient journeys.
- Brings excellent communication and organisational skills.
- (Desirable) Has experience with implants.
- Is flexible and adaptable to meet patient and practice needs.

**Treatment Coordinator responsibilities**:
- Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments
- Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved
- Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability
- Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice
- Coordinate’s dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team
- Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager
**Your skills and experience**:
- Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments provided within a healthcare setting
- Strong and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate complex treatment plans, procedures and requirements
- Previous experience of delivering an outstanding service in a customer facing role
- Proven strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to deal with a broad range of people
- CQC/GDC registered, and knowledge of dental practice management systems is desirable
