**AP Supervisor - Marcomms - Paying £30,000 - £33,000 & Study Support**

We are hiring an AP Supervisor role for a fantastic large Marcomms Agency.

The position will require you to assist the Accounts Payable Manager in providing best practice AP services to the agencies across the Vendor Management function, ensuring streamlined processes are enhanced and followed.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Own and drive improvements in the Vendor Management processes and workflows.
- Full control of new suppliers and any change of details to the master file for suppliers
- Ensure that the offshore Vendor Management team is operating effectively so that they can meet agreed service levels
- Ensure that process workflows are documented and kept up to date, including the ownership of the Vendor Management SOPs
- Support the offshore team around the New Supplier and Bank Verification
- Ensure sufficient training is provided to the offshore Vendor Management team with regards to process and systems
- Periodic meetings with their Vendor Management EXL team lead counterparts to discuss team performance, issues arising and communicate process changes and improvements where applicable
- Support the offshore Vendor Management team in contacting and liaising with agency employees
- Adapt current processes when changes are required
- Work with the Network Assistant Managers to reduce escalations or issues as they arise
- Manage relations with key stakeholders in the agency and with key suppliers
- To ensure appropriate escalation of issues when they arise, minimise issue turnaround time and reoccurrence of issues through improved processes.
- Liaise with the audit and SBOX audit team
- Manage team deliverables
- Manage query resolution time
- Assist team members in resolving key issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years within a finance role.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Good at multi-tasking and delivering to time.
- Strong mailbox management and organisation.
- Able to learn, understand new systems and technologies.
- Proven track record of maintaining successful relationships with senior management.
- Experience in resolving conflicts.
- Must have knowledge of a large ERP system.
