Embrace Law are a consultant law firm specialising in residential property conveyancing under the umbrella of a top 60 UK law firm. We take pride in the level of service and legal advice we provide to our clients and are currently looking to expand our team.

The Role - Administrative Assistant

Our administrators are the first point of contact for clients referred to us and they attend to the administrative tasks required to get our clients ready to begin their legal transactions along with other associated administrative tasks on which full training will be provided. Their duties include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and care at all times
- Handling original deeds and documents, and creating certified copies where required
- General office administrative tasks across the business, including monitoring office supplies
- Data entry and use of several IT packages including Microsoft office Suite
- Liaising with our legal professionals and the management team to ensure seamless service delivery

About You
- Have previous experience of working in an office within an administrative capacity (preferred but not essential)
- Prior experience of working in either the Legal or Property sectors would be preferred, but is not essential
- Possess extremely strong organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise with a high level of attention to detail
- Be fully IT literate, and confident in the use of all methods of electronic communication
- Be a team player, and be highly organised

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
