We are looking for an experienced Release and Implementation Manager to come and join our thriving business, as we go through a major period of transformation following recently business success.

In your role as Release & Implementation manager, you will co-ordinate all aspects of a release across multiple work streams as part of a business and change programme, ensuring all delivery objectives are met.

You will liaise across all internal and external functions to ensure the technical aspect of a release lands successfully, whilst working closely with the Business Design function to ensure change is landed successfully within the business.

You will;
- Successfully manage releases across multiple technologies and functions.
- Define and establish a release roadmap
- Implement and manage a robust release management framework, ensuring any partner activity is similarly monitored and governed appropriately
- Manage environments across all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring allocation to support delivery plans

**Key skills and experience**:

- Experience of managing complex releases with multiple technology and business deliverables
- Must have experience in WRAP or wealth platforms
- Strong experience in managing 3rd party suppliers
- Project and programme management in the UK Financial Services industry
