Job Description We're looking for a Release Manager to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and overseeing all release activities—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across our global programs. This is a pivotal role where you'll combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams. What You'll Do Lead Release Coordination: Plan and manage release activities for software updates, patches, and enhancements, with a key focus on our D365 global rollout. Develop and maintain release schedules and timelines in partnership with project managers and stakeholders. Ensure releases meet quality standards and are delivered on time—no defects deployed. Drive Change Management: Coordinate change requests from program, business, and IT teams, maintaining a prioritized backlog. Assess the impact of defects and releases on existing processes and systems. Communicate release plans, schedules, and impacts clearly to all stakeholders. Own Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate release documentation and generate insightful reports to track performance and program health. Provide strategic recommendations to management and continuously improve release processes for efficiency and quality. Qualifications What We're Looking For University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience in industry Proven track record in release coordination within an Agile environment. Deep understanding of software development methodologies and release processes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and solution delivery. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools. Why Join Us?
