Finance Manager Revenue Accounting

Role Description
The Revenue Accounting Finance Manager has overall responsibility for revenue, rebates and marketing spend. As Finance Manager you will have strong relationship management skills and act as a relationship manager for the revenue accounting team, interfacingwith other stakeholders. You will be passionate about continuous improvement and implement best in class processes. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills combined with a focus on achieving deadlines and maintaining the highestquality output. Responsible for the management and development of a team of two revenue accountants.
- Ownership of monthly revenue accounting processes and controls, ensuring monthly compliance
- Management of rebate accounting (LTAs, promotional retros and fees) for specific categories with a high degree of accuracy and diligence
- Ensure accuracy of weekly SAP and Qlik Sense sales reporting, investigating and resolving issues as they arise
- Manage sales reporting communications
- Ownership of marketing spend accounting processes and controls
- Support marketing spend forecast and annual budget cycles
- Lead year-end process for the revenue accounting team, reviewing year end audit files and being the key point of contact for external auditors
- Build a high performing, motivated team
- Provide cover for team when required
Skills and Experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills and have the drive and determination to achieve results through people and deliver to deadlines. You will have strong numerical skills and be a logical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. CIMA or ACA qualified, SAPGL experience and strong Excel skills are essential for this role. Creating Microsoft Power BI reports and awareness of US-SOX controls would be advantageous.
