We are looking for a **Product and Process Technologist** to join our Product Development Team. This role would suit a confident and focused process technologist with amazing attention to detail, the drive to deliver projects and previous hands-on experience. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your career within our amazing company.

You will support and enable the introduction of new products, as well as the development of existing products within the site/business.

Reporting to the NPD Manager, you will ensure all trials and projects run within the agreed critical path.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Running production trials, monitoring product and packaging performance in line with customer quality parameters
- Writing and evaluating trial reports and troubleshooting potential issues
- Liaising with the site teams to support the project handover, ensuring all finished products conform to agreed specifications
- Investigating and problem solving where required, sending micro and nutritional samples for testing and completing travel assessments for all products
- Being responsible for all sample submissions, from initial production to completion, including the appropriate administration
- Department administration and all associated tasks, when required

As our **Process Technologist, **you will provide a site-based resource within the development department to support NPD EPD projects for the site and for the customer base from process handover to launch.

While we are ideally looking for experience in a similar role, we will also consider a graduate who has placement experience. Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
