We are recruiting a Yard Operative for a leading Builders Merchants. Ideally someone with experience within the builders' merchants sector in a Yard Assistant / Yard operative and/or yard or warehouse experience. FLT experience would be helpful however youwould be fully trained in-house.

As a Yard Assistant / Yard Operative the role will involve an element of manual handling, as well as using equipment to load and unload deliveries, interacting with customers and make sure they are satisfied, ensuring the yard is kept presented to a highstandard. There is always plenty to do and a variety of jobs so it is important the Yard Assistant / Yard Operative can use initiative and is able to manage their time sufficiently.
