La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels is part of the group, whose London outposts include the Experimental Cocktail Club in Chinatown, Henrietta Hotel in Covent Garden and Cowley Manor in the Cotswold. Located in the heart of Neal’s Yard, La Compagnie des VinsSurnaturels is specialised in sourcing interesting wines that make upon 450 references.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in setting and maintaining the company standards for the restaurant and wine service.
- Greet and interact with guests.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make wine recommendations.
- Recommend food and wine pairings.
- Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices.
- Set the tables and ensure the good overall presentation of the restaurant.
- Present and explain the wine menu to guests.
- Take and serve wine orders.
- Deliver bills and charge guests.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a similar role.
- Have a passion for Food & Wine industry.
- Attention to details and customer needs.
- Social, engaging and motivated.
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
- WSET levels are beneficial but not essential.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
