Do you have excellent customer service skills? Do you have high level IT skill? My client based in Oswestry is looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join its Client Services team, to provide support to financial advisors and clients.
**Essential Skills**
- Experience working in an office based Customer Services role
- Experience working in IFA practise is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level IT skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience of working with a back-office IT system is desirable but not essential
- Having worked in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment
- Own transport as may travel to other branches
**Key Duties**
- Ensure that all processes, procedures and client communications are conducive to a high standard of care
- Supporting the on boarding of new clients
- Managing existing client communications
- Dealing with client queries
- Supporting the delivery of and achievement of the client service standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
