**Duties**:

- Set up and maintain product displays in retail stores
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to determine display strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for restocking
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Provide product knowledge and training to store employees
- Implement promotional campaigns and ensure compliance with marketing guidelines
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Assist in the development of visual merchandising plans

**Skills**:

- Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages to cater to diverse customer base
- Administrative: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports
- Adobe Illustrator: Proficiency in graphic design software for creating visually appealing displays
- Supervising: Experience in overseeing a team of employees and delegating tasks effectively
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals
- Organizational: Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adobe: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials
- Time management: Excellent ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Selling skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade customers and close sales

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: From £12.36 per hour
